With the increasing size of ships and the bustle of bulk cargoes,at present,many port terminals are equipped with deep water berths that are compatible with large bulk carriers.The objective situation of too many large bulk carriers and too few deep water berths causes most large ships to stay in anchorages.Increasing the utilization rate of large berths at bulk terminals and optimizing the order of ship entering and exiting the port has become the key to affect the service level of bulk cargo ports.In view of the above problems,from the perspective of the port,considering the actual situation of the wharf,the integration and optimization of the berth allocation of the bulk cargo terminal and ship scheduling are studied,and a load reduction and shifting scheduling plan is proposed to help the ship to scientifically dispatch.Through the research of relevant literature at home and abroad,the significance of the research is obtained.Comprehensively consider the relevant theoretical basis,sort out research ideas,and research basis.In view of the current situation of bulk cargo terminals,berth allocation and ship scheduling,the existing research problems are found,and specific research content and plans are proposed.Based on the above research,for a bulk cargo port with a single one-way channel and multiple harbour pools,consider factors such as tide effects,entry and exit rules,and ship arrival time,taking into account the unloading and shifting operations of ships with different unloading volumes,and the different types of berths The two-level distribution of bulk carriers has built an integrated optimization model of berth allocation and ship scheduling with a minimum period of time at the port as the goal.When solving this integrated optimization model,an improved genetic algorithm incorporating the tabu search idea was designed to solve,embedding the tabu table into the traditional genetic algorithm,and gene repair was designed to help the algorithm to optimize the results of the algorithm during the operation of the algorithm.In the analysis of calculation examples,the Matlab software is used to solve the model algorithm,and the terminal operation plan in this paper is compared with the two existing terminal operation plans that do not consider load reduction and fixed load reduction to verify the effectiveness of the program.Aiming at the research problems in this paper,the lingo software was used to solve,and the solving process of Matlab and lingo was compared to verify the effectiveness and scope of the improved simulated annealing algorithm.
