As the pace of informatization accelerates,everything from smart home appliances to autonomous driving of cars is developing in the direction of intelligence,and modern ships are no exception.With the continuous improvement of the level of ship automation,shipping companies have put forward higher requirements for the level of ship managers.In the ship's operation,due to the crew's unfamiliarity or misoperation of the lubricating oil system,the accident of the ship occurs from time to time,which seriously affects the safe navigation of the ship.Measures are an important guarantee for the safe navigation of ships.Practice has proved that strengthening the crew is particularly important for the maintenance and management of the ship's lubricating oil system.For this reason,the International Maritime Organization clearly stated in the STCW78/95 Convention that the Marine Engine Simulator is an important project for seafarer crew training.In the existing marine engine simulation ' training system,the ship lubricating oil simulation system has the situation that the model and the operation interface are simplified,which can no longer meet the needs of deeper crew training and training.The simplified simulation system cannot reproduce some typical failures of the ship during actual navigation,which is very unfavorable for the training of the crew's ability to quickly troubleshoot and take the necessary emergency measures when facing the sudden failure of the lubricating oil system.The crew needs to have the ability to investigate the deep-level faults of the lubricating oil system and the ability to deal with the faults when they occur.Therefore,it is imminent to develop a lubricating oil system that can accurately reflect the state of the ship.Aiming at the shortcomings of the oversimplified lubricating oil system model in the existing marine engine simulation training system,this paper takes 10,000 containers container ship as the simulation object to carry out modeling and simulation research on its lubricating oil system.Combined with the pipeline diagram of the ship's lubricating oil system and the composition and characteristics of various equipment in the system,a modular method was used to establish the ship's the M/E Lube Oil Service System,the D/E Lube Oil Service System,the Stern Tube L.O.System and the L.O.Filling&Transfer System.With the mathematical model of the lubricating oil system,the model includes the oil pump,oil heat exchanger,temperature regulator,oil tank and some valves involved in the system;VC++programming software was used to program and calculate the established mathematical model to obtain the simulation data of the lubricating oil system under different working conditions;Refer to the pipeline diagram and control panel of the actual ship,develop a visual two-dimensional operation interface,and put the algorithm program and interface program into the simulation platform to achieve interactive communication;The simulation calculation data is compared with the actual ship navigation data.The simulation error is less than 5%,which verifies the correctness of the established model.In accordance with the requirements of the "Outline of the People's Republic of China Seaboat Crew Qualification Examination"and referring to the typical faults in the lubricating oil system in the actual ship,we have designed and implemented some operation and troubleshooting automatic evaluation test questions and compared automatic evaluation algorithms Through in-depth research,the test results of the test questions are correct,which verifies the correctness of the evaluation algorithm.The visual simulation system of marine lubricating oil developed in this paper,the operation interface realizes the automatic adjustment of the size of the interface according to the change of display resolution,and can be zoomed and operated by the mouse.The simulation model can reflect the changes of the actual system in real time,and can meet the training requirements of crew training institutions for crew.
