| With the increase in per capita income,people’s requirements for living standards are also increasing,with the focus on increasing requirements for indoor thermal comfort.There has been a surge of enthusiasm for housing renovation in rural areas,but due to the lack of systematic knowledge and renovation technology,there are many loopholes and shortcomings in traditional rural housing renovation in China.The concrete manifestation is that building sunlight houses indiscriminately destroys the overall rural landscape,causing excessive indoor temperature in summer;Adding photovoltaic panels does not achieve a good energy-saving effect;A series of situations such as unreasonable thermal insulation thickness settings of the enclosure structure.Considering the different economic levels and transformation needs among farmers,it is necessary to analyze single factor transformation and comprehensive factor transformation to facilitate targeted selection of residents.The existing transformation of rural residential buildings is based on the minimum indoor temperature standard of 14 ℃ in the "Standard for Energy Efficiency Design of Rural Residential Buildings in Cold Regions",which is obviously no longer suitable for the new standard.This study is based on the latest regulation issued in 2021,the "General Code for Building Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Utilization",which provides a minimum indoor temperature of 18 ℃.In addition,most studies often neglect the means of natural ventilation when calculating the energy consumption of air conditioning.However,in rural Qingdao,most of the heat can be dissipated through natural ventilation to reduce energy consumption in summer.Therefore,this article uses a combination of air conditioning and natural ventilation to reduce building energy efficiency.On this basis,based on the existing building types of agricultural houses in Qingdao,the residential models that need to be renovated are selected.Based on indoor energy consumption as the standard,combined with parametric modeling,residential energy consumption analysis is conducted,and different renovation strategies are proposed.The specific contents are as follows:(1)According to the existing villages in Qingdao area,field research was conducted.Through questionnaires and field measurements,visits were conducted to five villages,namely Laoshan Beizhai Village,Zhougezhuang Village,Bijia Village,Mengjia Village,and Xishiling village,to understand the renovation status,house type structure,indoor thermal environment,and equipment usage of rural residential buildings in Qingdao.Further screening of residential buildings needed to be renovated was conducted,and the actual indoor temperature of the residential buildings was measured.(2)Select rural residential buildings with poor thermal performance and urgent need for renovation from the surveyed rural residential areas,establish a parametric model through Grasshopper software,import the measured data into Grasshopper,and conduct correction.Through Ladybug and Honeybee energy consumption simulation software,start from two major directions: research on thermal insulation technology of building exterior envelope structures,and utilization of renewable energy,and focus on the window to wall ratio,window type,and thermal insulation form of exterior walls Simulation studies were conducted on eight aspects: the thickness of the thermal insulation layer of the outer wall,the thermal insulation form of the roof,the thickness of the thermal insulation layer of the roof,the size of the sunlight room,and the angle of the photovoltaic panel.Through the evaluation of air conditioning energy consumption and single factor analysis,constructive suggestions are proposed for improving rural housing,and appropriate technologies are selected.(3)The overall renovation of residential buildings is carried out.Based on the selected single factor renovation scope,orthogonal experimental tables are designed to screen the given renovation strategies.The analysis is conducted from three aspects:energy efficiency,indoor thermal environment,and economy.Combined with the existing rural residential types in Qingdao,simulation software is used to simulate the proportion of indoor thermal comfort throughout the year after the renovation,verifying its effectiveness and rationality while reducing building energy consumption,Provide data support for rural residential reconstruction to meet the economic level of different farmers.The new parameterized performance evaluation method proposed in this study provides specific basic theory,basic data,and specific technical support for energy-saving transformation of rural residential buildings.It not only has important theoretical exploration value,but also has significant practical significance in building energy-saving engineering.Provide substantive assistance for energy conservation and emission reduction in rural areas of China,and help the national goal of energy conservation and emission reduction further. |
