Electric vehicle is a new generation of transportation tool which has been vigorously promoted and popularized in recent years.Compared with fuel vehicle,electric vehicle has less environmental pollution and low dependence on fossil fuel,which is in line with China’s national energy strategy.The popularization of electric vehicles can effectively alleviate the environmental problems such as haze and noise,play a leading role in the development of a series of related industries,and play an important role in promoting China’s economic development.However,the popularity of electric vehicles has also brought a series of new problems.For the power grid,the substantial increase of electric vehicle charging load will cause certain pressure on the existing power system.This is because the charging load of electric vehicle belongs to a kind of high-power random load.Its random distribution in time and space will cause the grid load fluctuation to intensify,resulting in the increase of grid loss,the decrease of power quality,the reduction of power plant efficiency and other conditions that are not conducive to energy security.In order to reduce the adverse effects of electric vehicles on the power grid,it is necessary to avoid disorderly charging of electric vehicles and optimize the charging process of electric vehicles.Most of the existing optimization management schemes of electric vehicles are solved by intelligent algorithm.This method is difficult to solve the optimization scheme of large-scale electric vehicles, and lack of incentives for users,resulting in the lack of enthusiasm of users to participate.Aiming at the problem of charge and discharge management of electric vehicles,this paper studies a controlled charging scheme based on demand response.The behavior of vehicles is guided by the unified electricity price signal.When dealing with the optimization of large-scale electric vehicles,the charging load can still be effectively regulated.In addition,the implementation of the demand response mechanism gives users economic incentives,to a certain extent,to ensure the enthusiasm of users to participate.In order to study the distribution characteristics of electric vehicle charging load over time,the statistical method is used to model and sample the electric vehicle charging load,and the characteristics of charging load aggregation in time are obtained,and for this characteristic,within the framework of demand response Designed the electricity price reward and punishment mechanism.The mechanism aims to maintain the stability of the power grid load,and flexibly adjust the charging and discharging pricing based on the fluctuation of the power grid load,so that the price fluctuates around the base price,and achieves rewards and punishments for different charging behaviors.Adopt a charging and discharging scheme in which the charging and discharging power is adjusted in time with the electricity price to realize the spontaneous maintenance of the grid operation of the vehicle.In order to ensure the fairness of the electricity price mechanism,the cost composition of the auxiliary services provided by the generator set and the electric vehicle is analyzed based on the electricity market pricing principles,and the benchmark price of demand response considering the cost is studied.
