With the shortage of fossil energy and the increasingly severe pollution of automobile exhaust gas,the number of electric vehicles is increasing at a visible rate, but the access of large-scale electric vehicles will have a serious impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable measures to dispatch the charging behavior of electric vehicles. As an important factor related to the economic benefits of users, electricity prices can effectively guide electric vehicles to be reasonably charged. Therefore,it is particularly important to study the orderly charging strategy of electric vehicles based on electricity prices. In order to guide the orderly charging behavior of large-scale electric vehicles and reduce the impact of disorderly charging, this paper proposes an orderly charging strategy for electric vehicles based on electricity price guidance. The main research work is as follows:(1)The research object of this article is private electric vehicles.First, the charging characteristics of electric vehicles, such as the charging mode, type, and battery charging process, are analyzed.Secondly, the travel characteristics of electric vehicle users are fitted. Finally, the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to extract samples and substitute them into the disordered charging model of the electric vehicle to calculate the disordered charging load, and add the disordered charging load of the electric vehicle to the regional daily base load.Studies show that large-scale electric vehicles’ disorderly charging connected to the grid will generate agglomerated loads, which will affect the grid and will not be conducive to the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.(2)An electric vehicle charging model based on time-of-use electricity price guidance is established and solved.First, analyze the price elasticity matrix of electric vehicle charging and predict the user load change rate after the implementation of peak-valley electricity prices.Secondly, with the optimization goals of the lowest charging cost for electric vehicle users and the smallest fluctuations in the load on the distribution network,a multi-objective charging optimization strategy was established to guide users to choose to charge at low electricity prices. Finally,a non-dominated set genetic algorithm with an elite strategy is used to solve the optimization model. The results show that by optimizing the charging load of electric vehicles,it can effectively reduce user charging costs and load fluctuations of the power grid.(3)An electric vehicle charging model based on integral incentive based electricity price is established and solved.First of all,the concept and type of demand response are studied. The integral incentive model and the electricity price guidance model for the orderly charging of electric vehicles are established. The optimization goal is to maximize the satisfaction of electric vehicle users’ charging costs and power consumption.Constraints include power points In order to improve the charging satisfaction of users and the enthusiasm of participating in demand response,an electricity price-guided electric vehicle charging optimization control strategy with integral incentive was proposed, and the teaching and learning optimization algorithm was used to solve the model. The results show that the order-based charging strategy of electric vehicles based on integral incentives is effective.
