Under the background of increasing energy shortage and severe air pollution,this study proposes a method of ship route optimization and planning based on energy consumption management.Through this method,the ship can find a more fuel-efficient way to achieve energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction and improvement of efficiency.Firstly,the study analyzes present research status of fuel consumption model and path planning to conclude the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods,and then optimizes them.At the beginning of modeling,a lot of data processing work is carried out to reduce the impact of missing or incorrect data on the model.Combined with various methods,the model of oil consumption is extracted from the measured data.So,the influence of environment and ship operation data on oil consumption is quantified.As a result,the oil consumption of ships can be predicted well.Secondly,the environment model is established.The corresponding model of the sea environment will be achieved through image processing to simulate the sea environment.Through the objectification of grid,the grid has more attributes to affect the judgment and selection of route planning.Thirdly,it comes to the low consumption ant colony algorithm by modifying the ant colony algorithm.The algorithm classifies the ants at first to make algorithm speed up.Then,the pheromones in the ant colony algorithm are modified iteratively by introducing the fuel consumption cost,so that the ants can leave more pheromones on the path with lower fuel consumption cost.Finally,modifying the ant's moving strategy forces the ants to find a path with low fuel consumption.Fourthly,conduct relevant coding compile in accordance with the environment model,oil consumption model and low consumption ant colony algorithm.This study will describe relevant functions through the core pseudo code and develop a simulation system,a ship route planning system based on energy consumption management.Finally,the ant colony algorithm for low consumption proposed in this study is to be verified with the ship route planning system based on energy consumption management.The algorithm proposed in this study is compared with and verified by an experimental ship on ship route planning system.The results show that the algorithm and system developed in this study have certain influence on reducing fuel consumption.The ship route planning system based on energy consumption management(including environment model,fuel consumption model,low consumption ant colony algorithm)developed in this study also reserves other environmental interfaces,which can be applied to the actual ship route planning.The system has certain practical significance for ship energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency improvement of enterprises.
