Research On The Design Of Shared Space Of Senior Apartment Based On Behavioral Psychology

With the increasingly serious trend of aging society in China,the pressure of homebased pension is becoming more and more obvious,more and more elderly people's pension concept and demand are further improved,and they begin to pursue safe and comfortable,intelligent diversity and systematic service living environment.The acceptance of old-age apartments is gradually expanding,but the current situation of oldage apartments in China is not optimistic.Therefore,the research on the space design of apartments for the elderly is not only of theoretical significance,but also an urgent practical problem.This paper mainly studies the design of shared space of senior apartment from the perspective of behavioral psychology,using literature review method,interdisciplinary research method and field survey method as the main research methods,summarizing the relevant theoretical and practical research at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the physical,psychological and behavioral characteristics and needs of the elderly,combined with the relevant theories of behavioral psychology and the actual investigation of the elderly apartments in Qingdao and Hangzhou,this paper explores the needs of the elderly for the design of shared space.According to the principles of attribution,adaptability,safety and wisdom,this paper sums up the relevant strategies and methods for the design of the shared space of senior apartment,and puts forward feasible design strategies for the functional layout,spatial streamline and spatial cognition of the shared space.Finally,the design principles and strategies proposed by the relevant design standards of elderly care facilities and the elderly apartment shared space are introduced into the design practice,and the content of behavioral psychology is introduced into the elderly apartment shared space design to optimize the design of shared space,and an effective design practice scheme is proposed.
