Research On The Planning Of Plum Blossom Eco-industrial Park In Jinpen Mountain Based On Self-organization Theory

Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of urbanization and modernization in China,Chinese rural areas are undergoing great changes,rural industrial structure adjustment,ecological security,health and other problems,serious pollution,population reduction and other ecological and economic adjustment of new crises.In addition,the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward in the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.We should adhere to the party management of rural work,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the farmers as the main body,achieve the overall revitalization of rural areas,coordinated development between urban and rural areas,achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and take measures in accordance with local conditions,step by step development.Therefore,from the perspective of rural vitalization this paper studies the design of eco-industrial park on the basis of Self-organization Theory.Based on the study of Self-organization Theory,this paper takes the Plum blossom eco-industrial park in Jinpen mountain of Lujiang county as the research object.Through the research on the basis of Self-organization Theory,combing Self-organization Theory in each child in the countryside eco-industrial park of expression,analyses the rural eco-industrial park as a system with dissipation structure characteristics,its development process and corresponds to the organizational development process,sums up the development of the rural eco-industrial park has the autonomy.According to the law of self-organization development of dissipative structure system,this paper describes the three stages of self-organization development of rural eco-industrial park system,puts forward the corresponding planning strategies,and looks for ways to promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural eco-industrial park.Under the view of Self-organization Theory,this article will rural eco-industrial park as an open system of dissipative structure,combined with field investigation,and found that the current problems,combining the organization law of development,in view of the problems put forward improving system nonlinear characteristics,openness,cultivating system synergy between the elements,to strengthen the construction of rural culture and cultivate space nuclear strategy,method and strategy for rural eco-industrial park planning support.According to the corresponding data analysis,the planning strategy based on Self-organization Theory is suitable for the development of rural eco-industrial park.Through the research,this paper provides a new perspective for exploring the planning of rural eco-industrial park,promotes the orderly development of rural eco-industrial park,provides an effective development strategy for the future optimization of rural space,and to some extent complements the research blank of rural revitalization planning.
