Economic And Social Benefit Analysis Of Road Construction Plan Of Industrial Park

Road construction,as an important project of infrastructure,has the characteristics of great impact on residents' environment and social economy.Before the project construction,the necessity of project construction and the actual conditions of project construction need to be studied in a comprehensive and systematic way.Based on the analysis of road construction in Chongqing Yufu Industrial Park,this paper chooses the road construction of Chongqing Yukai Avenue Phase I as an example to analyze and evaluate the economic and social benefits of the project.It will provide guidance for road construction project decision-making in the similar situation in the future.And reference.In this paper,the basic theory of social and economic benefit analysis is firstly studied,and DEA method and gray system theory are used to analyze the economic benefit and social benefit.The basic process of each method is analyzed,and its adaptability is put forward.In this paper,we have analyzed the construction background of Chongqing Liangjiang New District Industrial Park and the present situation of future road planning in the logistics park.And made the future planning with the road construction and development suggestions of Chongqing Shancheng Industrial Park.According to the requirements of current national codes and standards,the technical standards adopted in the proposed project are determined on the basis of considering the role of the project in the road network,matching with the intersecting highway technical standards and the geological conditions along the line.The feasibility of the project is analyzed,and several construction alternatives are given.The project design of road engineering,bridge engineering drainage and lighting project,which has great influence on the project cost,is mainly introduced.The economic and social benefits of the first phase construction project of Yukai Avenue will be analyzed.Based on the relevant theoretical foundation of engineering economics,the investment of the project will be estimated and the national economic evaluation will be carried out from the social and regional perspectives.The economic feasibility of the project and the economic and social benefits of the project are evaluated.Finally,using the DEA method and the gray system theory,The comprehensive evaluation value of the economic and social benefit evaluation of theroad construction program is between 3.59 and the evaluation value of the evaluation result.The analysis of economic and social benefits of the road construction program of the mountainous city industrial park represented by Chongqing can provide theoretical and practical reference for the development of Yufu Industrial Park in Liangjiang New District,Chongqing,and provide guidance and reference for the future road construction project decision in industrial park.
