An Empirical Quantitative Analysis Of The Plane System Of The Office Floor Of The Super High Rise Building

The design of the plane system of the super high-rise office building is closely related to the economy,comfort and rationality of the structure of actual project.Excellent design can not only improve the building quality,optimize the user experience,but also take into account the rationality of the structure and considerable economic benefits.This paper tries to study the standard floor and special floor which are used most frequently in the plane system,and explore the possible guiding principles to provide the basis for the future design.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the environmental background of the problem research,the development history and research status of the super high-rise office building at home and abroad,research purposes,basic concepts,research methods and other basic contents,and builds a framework for the later research.The second chapter gives an overview of the plane system of the super high-rise office building,and makes clear the basic composition of the plane system are standard layer,special layer and other layers,and some design points are summarized from the perspective of the overall design of the plane system.The third chapter takes the square plane which is more typical and convenient for quantitative analysis as the research object,analyzes the standard layer plane which has the longest use time of users.Based on the actual data,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the design indexes of the standard floor plan,and summarizes the recommended values of the use area coefficient,standard floor area,floor height and other design indexes,and summarizes the relevant design points.Chapter Four analyzes the special floor in the plane system,and focuses on the design of the most common plane which are the bottom floor,podium and top floor,and summarizes its design points.Chapter five analyzes the excellent practical cases in detail,and analyzes.At the same time,the basic information of important practical cases and relevant information of plane system are sorted out.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the whole paper,focusing on the lack of research,and put forward the space for improvement.
