With the continuous influx of urban population and rising income levels,people's demand for travel has become higher and higher,which has brought a lot of pressure on urban traffic.Public transportation can no longer fully meet the travel requirements of residents,and quite a few people choose electric bicycles as the major transportation due to their income level.According to the survey conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,China has become the world's largest producer and seller of electric bicycles.As electric bicycles become popular with people,the criminals have the opportunity to take advantage of it,and have also brought troubles for the public security organization to maintain traffic order.In the annual property loss cases in various regions,the proportion of electric vehicles stolen is as high as 30%.What's more,the violations of the owners of the vehicles have brought great hidden dangers to road safety.Based on the reality of the development of electric vehicles,various localities have introduced relevant management plans.At the same time,in order to curb the violations of electric bicycles in cities and to retrive stolen vehicles more effectively,the public security system needs an information platform to manage all registrations in the jurisdiction.This system can help to collect information for comprehensive prevention and control.The Electric Bike Management System studied in this paper is to solve the pain points of public security personnel to manage electric bicycles,simplify the system operation of public security personnel,provide clues that are conducive to the detection of cases,improve the control of traffic conditions in the jurisdiction,and help the management of violations.At the same time,it supports the seamless access of other public security system and prepares for the integration of resources for the police informationization process.The system uses RFID electronic license plates to identify vehicle identity,and uses IoT sensing technology to obtain information such as vehicle location,then sends these basic data to the data receiving module through the wireless network to store and manage basic information,then analyze and mine useful information according to specific business needs.To assist public security personnel to quickly solve cases,effectively control,and improve the efficiency of the public security department.The main work of the paper is as follows.1.The paper investigate the requirements of the public security department for electric bicycles management,analyse the functional requirements of each business module,consult the relevant information of the current domestic and international electric bicycles management systems,and learned the advantages of existing systems.2.On the basis of functional decomposition,the paper devides the system into four modules,vehicle management,arming and alarm,data analysis and system management.The paper finished the boundary analysis of the system and the demand analysis of the major functions of each module,then use the UML unified modeling method to draw the use case diagram and use case table.3.According to the needs and data processing logic,this paper designed a three-layer system architecture based on B/S.In the coding process,MyBatis,Spring MVC,Spring and other frameworks are used.In the design of database,this paper use a hybrid storage architecture including Redis,HBase and Oracle.Finally,this paper realize the all functions such as the basic information management of the vehicle,the intelligent control of the suspicious vehicle,the automatic alarm of the abnormal behavior of the vehicle,the analysis and mining of historical vehicle data,the management of the system and the data acquisition equipment,etc.4.In the system test section,this paper performed functional and non-functional tests.We designed adequate test cases and performed multiple sets of tests on all functions of the system to ensure that the business logic runs correctly and the system response time meets the requirements.At the end of this paper,we built the experimental environment,simulate the experimental data,and execute the functional and non-functional tests.Then we modified the problems exposed in the test.Finally,all the functions have meet the user's needs,and the system performance also met the requirements.This system was officially released in June 2017,the system has been stable since then,and the effect is good.This paper has achieved the expected results.
