As important equipment in the shipbuilding process,the intelligent development of mould bed has a profound impact on the shipbuilding industry.At present,there are some problems such as the lack of dynamic control and the difficulty of obtaining construction data,which result in the low support accuracy of the mould bed and the inability to provide data feedback for the construction process.As a result,there is a gap in the design to process and manufacturing of the block construction,which has seriously hindered the intelligent development.In order to solve the above problems,a dynamic control method of marine intelligent mould bed is proposed by capturing and reusing the construction process information based on the Internet of things technology in this thesis.Firstly,through analyzing the functional requirements of the intelligent marine mould bed,the working process of the intelligent mould bed in the process of block construction is summarized.Secondly,in order to solve the problem that the construction process information cannot be obtained and applied,the block construction process IOT system is created,which realizes the capture and reuse of the construction process information.Then,the height compensation model in the preparatory stage of the block construction is established based on the minimum package algorithm and the density model,the control of the position and height of it is realized.Finally,the dynamic control in the stage of block construction can be realized by establishing the correlation mechanism of the tire frame system,the construction process information obtained by the Internet of things and the joint adjustment based on Fuzzy PID neural network.An example is given to verify the method,Firstly,the monitoring and control system of the upper computer of the intelligent mould bed is used to realize the monitoring and control of the process information of ship block construction.Through the intelligent mould bed system,the dynamic correlation mechanism of the mould bed system,the static control of the mould bed position and height based on the Internet of things,and the dynamic control method of the mould bed in the block construction stage are verified.The fuzzy PID algorithm based on neural network is simulated and analyzed by Matlab/Simulink.Through the implementation of the method in this thesis,the purpose of improving the accuracy of ship sectional deformation compensation can be achieved,and then the quality of block construction can be improved.
