With the wide application of dc power transmission and transformation engineering and dc driving appliances,Measuring the influence of the distribution of dc electric field on equipment becomes a hot spot gradually.A portable dc field measuring instrument based on DSP is studied in this paper(Hereinafter referred to as field strength apparatus),We study the miniaturization and generalization of the probe device.By using the characteristics of DSP,such as high speed,low power consumption and embedded system,the data of probe is collected and processed,which reduces the volume of field intensity meter and makes the application of field intensity meter more extensive.Sensor research includes mechanical structure design,structure analysis,model simulation,mechanical structure parameter optimization,signal conditioning circuit design and other steps.A new dc electric field sensor model is designed by studying the distribution of dc synthetic electric field.A mathematical analytical model and a finite element numerical simulation model are established for the sensor.The finite element numerical simulation model is used to analyze the mechanical parameters of the sensor.Through the analysis of the results of the mechanical structure parameters of the sensor to optimize the realization of the probe device miniaturization.The auxiliary circuits such as the i-v transform circuit and the band-pass filter circuit are designed to realize the universalization of the sensor device.The realization of field strength meter includes scheme design,hardware circuit design,system software design,system evaluation design,etc.The design consists of power module,DSP processor,probe device and interface unit.Hardware circuit design includes analog to digital conversion circuit,motor speed module,human-computer interaction module,and power management module.The system software design includes the motor steady speed program,AD acquisition program,FIR digital filter,human-computer interaction program.The system evaluation design includes the generation of standard field intensity signal,the test of field intensity meter and the analysis of performance index.This paper deals with dc electric field sensor technology,signal conditioning technology,embedded technology and digital signal processing technology.
