The Development Strategy Of Lianyungang Port Logistics Under The "One Belt And One Road" Initiative

In the rapid development of world economic integration at present,import and export trade and economic is particularly important,the national or regional economic contribution is also growing,and the demand for port logistics services are slowly growth owing to the rapid development of import and export trade,as an important node of logistics service supply chain in modem port the logistics industry in the proportion is growing.According to the statistics of Lianyungang statistical yearbook,many import and export trade logistics services in Lianyungang city are undertaken by Lianyungang port.Therefore,Lianyungang port is particularly important for the development of logistics industry in Lianyungang city.In 2018,the port throughput of Lianyungang has reached 2.35 million tons.Especially in the country "One Belt and One Road" strategy,as an important strategy under the sea,Lianyungang is trying to seize these opportunities,improving the original mode of production,on the basis of consolidating the traditional advantages,continuing to expand the scope of trade,and improving the service quality of port logistics.On the basis of the above,this paper introduces the strategic background of "one belt and one road" and the connotation and related theories of port logistics,and focuses on the theory of port logistics.After introducing several typical port logistics in the world,this paper also analyses the current situation of Lianyungang port logistics,in order to prepare for the following quantitative analysis.The historical throughput of Lianyungang Port is analyzed by polynomial fitting,and the selected model can better reflect the change of the throughput of Lianyungang Port through the test of historical data.The results show that in the future,the port throughput of Lianyungang will still be in the state of growth,but the growth rate is small,so the development of port logistics needs to be further improved.Based on this,the future development of port logistics is revised under the strategy of "one belt and one road".On this basis,the influence of "one belt and one road" initiative on port logistics development in Lianyungang is analyzed.Through the analysis of the correlation between the throughput of Lianyungang Port and the related economic indicators of Lianyungang City,the relationship between the development of Lianyungang Port and Lianyungang City is sought.Through an overview of the current situation of Lianyungang port logistics,the advantages and disadvantages of Lianyungang port logistics are analyzed.For this reason,this paper puts forward relevant development strategies for Lianyungang port logistics cultivation and promotion strategies,policy approaches,sustainable development of maintaining port logistics and other countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide necessary reference for the good development of Lianyungang port logistics.
