| Throughout most domestic manufacturing enterprises,many of them are facing low staff satisfaction and high staff turnover.nowadays many enterprises are in a period of economic and industry re-structuring.High-level management is experiencing the unprecedented competitive pressure.They made a decision to take strategy changes,business transformation and business process reengineering.But sooner they find that the achievement of business strategy and improvement of enterprise management are closely related to performance behavior of manager and employees.the improvement of performance management is the priority thing should be solved.SBDQ company is a comprehensive joint-stock manufacturing enterprise specialized in electric power equipment and corresponding products,setting research and development,production and sales.The company has advanced production and testing equipment,the application of leading and constantly updated electrical equipment design and manufacturing technology to ensure the reliable quality of products.However,the company has only 120 employees since its establishment,and the shortage of staff makes it unable to continue to expand.At the same time,in today’s society where innovation is the primary productive force,people with a high level of knowledge have a stronger ability to innovate,and the current situation of SBDQ employees with generally lower educational background has a limitation on the future development of the company.This article select SBDQ company as the study object and using questionnaire method,interview method and so on to collect and analysis the information of ordinary employees and managers.It is found that the company does not have a complete system in performance management.Simply implements the performance appraisal system and the evaluation content is not designed reasonably.So this article combines with the data analysis result to design a performance management system based on balanced scorecard which supports their recritment and competition ability.This article has 18 drawings,16 tables and 9 attachments. |
