Providing high-quality services to customers is an important basis for car dealers to maintain customer relationships and continuously explore potential customer resources.In the process of car dealers’ marketing services,there are problems such as unclear after-sales goals and unclear division of sales process,which often fail to meet the actual demand of the owners and the potential customers.It is not conducive to the communication between the car dealers and the target customers,and is not conducive to the car dealer to maintain the existing customer relationships.In addition,the means is single and the interaction is not strong during the process of the car dealers’marketing work.The vehicle marketing work is not effective.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,the design and implementation of the car dealer’s customer marketing service management system is carried out.The development process of the car dealer’s customer marketing service management system applies technologies such as Android platform,HTML5 language and SQLite database.Android platform is the current popular mobile platform technology,has features of rich components and open source code of the kernel,and can achieve a wide variety of application results on the basis of reducing the coupling between components.HTML5 language is embodied in the development of mobile applications,and can provide various forms of multimedia display effects,while improving system compatibility.SQLite database is one of the database management components in the Android platform.Its essence is a distributed database,which can provide sufficient protection for data management of Android applications.The function modules of the car dealer’s customer marketing service management system include after-sales management,sales management,market management,basic management,and so on.The functions realized in the after-sales management module include useful car reminder,renewal insurance inquiry,replacement inquiry,special sale mall,vehicle owner management,points mall and the owner’s bible.The sales management module realizes functions such as new car showroom,activity management,public pool,customer follow-up,tool application,and test drive reservation.The market management module realizes functions such as mass management and sales tools.The functions implemented in the management module include business inquiry,after-sales report processing,commodity write-off,and vehicle owner rescue.The design and realization of the customer marketing service management system for auto dealers aims to solve the above problems.It can manage after-sales,sales,market and other data through the APP on mobile phone and the public account of WeChat,the application of the system has deepened the customer marketing service management system for the car dealers.The car dealers can carry out more targeted after-sales business and provide better after-sales service for the customers.In the process of perfecting the sales management system,it provides effective means for the car dealers to explore potential customers and maintain customer relationships.And the car dealers can carry out more abundant sales means to attract more customers and lay the foundation for enhancing the competitiveness of car dealers.
