With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the power demand for people's daily life is increasing day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for the continuous,high-quality and safe supply of electricity.In recent years,with the rapid development of intelligent substation construction,the network and communication in substation become more flexible and perfect.The condition-based maintenance based on on-line monitoring of substation switchgear has gradually replaced the traditional manual periodic maintenance,which greatly improves the reliability of power supply and saves the economic cost of manpower and maintenance.However,with the development of intelligent substation on-line monitoring system,the drawbacks of the existing on-line monitoring system in the station have gradually emerged.First,the on-line monitoring system produced by different technical standards of different manufacturers can not form a unified cooperation to share data,and the on-line monitoring system of substation is complex and diverse,resulting in the confusion and low utilization rate of the on-line monitoring system.Secondly,the accuracy of intelligent judgment of existing online monitoring systems is unreliable,most of them are simply collecting and collating data,unable to satisfy the requirements of state evaluation,unable to provide reliable state inspection proposals,unable to meet the requirements of smart grid.Besides,the algorithm of intelligent evaluation of on-line monitoring system can only judge and analyze sudden fault data,and can not automatically analyze the trend change of equipment status.It can not find fault in the initial stage of the system,and can not accurately express the real health condition of the device.In view of the current situation of on-line monitoring system,this paper carries out new design and application research from the hardware and software system of switchgear,communication system and data mining algorithm.Firstly,this paper introduces and designs the hardware and software architecture of on-line monitoring of switchgear in intelligent substation.On the hardware,the data needed by the system and its acquisition mode are studied,and the sensor selection is completed.On the software,the structure and function of the software are designed according to the application requirements of the software.Secondly,aiming at improving the shortcomings of the communication system under the existing IEC61850 framework,this paper analyses and designs the networking mode and data mode using NB-IoT communication technology,reconstructs the IEC61850 communication architecture and designs the communication terminal adapted to the system.Thirdly,the LSTM algorithm 1s used to clean the collected data,and the wavelet decomposition is used to realize data preprocessing.On this basis,the cyclic coding LSTM algorithm is used to evaluate the running state of the equipment and dig out the equipment parameter data.Finally,the system is installed and debugged on site and displayed.The on-line monitoring system studied in this paper unifies the communication protocol of sensors in intelligent substation,strengthens the application security of system client,realizes the deep mining of collected data by artificial intelligence algorithm,improves the guiding role of collected data for field operation and inspection,and has strong engineering value.
