With the continuous increase in the construction capacity of smart substations in my country,and the smart substations that have been built in recent years have continuously exposed some problems in the operation and maintenance process,it is necessary to further research and improve smart substations.On the one hand,the current problem is that the transmission protocol of the underlying equipment facing the data acquisition system is complex.The main transmission protocols currently used include industrial fieldbus structures such as RS232,RS485,Can,and Profibus,as well as I2 C based on embedded systems,single bus For this purpose,this paper proposes a way of using Modbus TCP communication to unify the data acquisition protocol.On the other hand,the substation is a place with serious electrical interference,so the data collected by the collection system will have large errors,resulting in low efficiency and data lag in the protection data collection system of the substation.Therefore,the collected data It is very important to do the corresponding noise filtering.In view of the above problems,this article focuses on the following two aspects.On the one hand,the normalized data acquisition principle of industrial Ethernet data acquisition is adopted.Industrial Ethernet is developed on the basis of the original Ethernet.It is a technology re-proposed mainly in the face of industrial use.It can use the existing multi-end routing protocol to reduce the probability of congestion for the application transmission network,and to a large extent can accelerate the transmission speed.The communication network is constructed through the application of Modbus communication protocol and strictly in accordance with the overall framework of three layers and two networks.The socket communication interface technology is adopted.The collected data is transmitted to the upper computer by Ethernet.The upper computer data display interface is mainly through the Visual Studio software Build and program the Win Form form to complete.On the other hand,the principle of wavelet transform is adopted to filter the key data of the collected transformer,and the Gaussian function model of the chromatographic signal in the transformer oil chromatographic analysis is constructed,and random interference signals are added to simulate the collected data signals,Perform wavelet threshold denoising for the signal.Through a large number of experimental simulations combined with signal-to-noise ratio and peak height distortion parameters,it is finally determined that the db6 wavelet base is used to decompose the signal with 7 layers.The simulation and actual partial experiments show that the design has achieved a data acquisition delay time of less than 50 ms,and the accuracy of the data has reached more than 86%.
