The research of subgrade construction technology of coarse grain filling is helpful to further improve and improve the subgrade construction technology of highway in China,the application of subgrade technology of coarse grain filling,make full use of excavation materials,save a lot of funds for highway construction,and protect the environment along the route.Through the determination of the design index,the test of coarse grained material in high fill square roadbed provides the basis and guidance for construction control,and has broad application prospects.Therefore,in the light of the construction of Heda Expressway,the research on the subgrade filled with coarse particles during highway construction was carried out.It mainly includes mechanical characteristics,engineering characteristics,calculation method of deformation and stability of high embankment,indoor test of coarse particle filling,stability analysis of typical section,and construction technology of thick particle filling high embankment.By considering the finite element and stability of the construction process,the relationship between the horizontal and vertical displacement of the slope and the ultimate displacement and the corresponding reduction coefficient is analyzed.According to the curve characteristics of the relationship curve between extreme displacement and intensity reduction coefficient,the difference between the obvious inflection point and the different safety factors are used.Applying the above theories and methods,a finite element reduction and stability calculation is made for typical sections of the embankment filling,and the safety of the project is judged according to the monitoring of the embankment slope during operation,so as to prevent engineering damage accidents and environmental accidents.Ensure the smooth and safe operation of the embankment.It is clear that the key of quality control is to adopt the construction scheme of stratified filling and carry out the paving test according to the thickness of loose layer to determine the reasonable construction process and technical parameters.In addition,a kind of compaction technology,namely impact compaction,can greatly reduce the creep deformation of high-fill coarse grained material,which is very effective for the treatment of high-fill coarse grained grained embankment engineering.
