Research And Practice On The Design Of Assembling Farm Buildings In Severe Cold Areas

This paper takes rural residential buildings in severe cold regions as the research object,conducts in-depth research on the status quo of some rural areas in the severe cold regions and the status quo of the fabricated construction industry,and explores the assembly design methods and technical points of rural residential buildings in severe cold regions.To support the construction of China's prefabricated buildings in rural areas in the future.The number of rural areas in China's severe cold regions is large and the area is relatively large.With the advent of China's new era,the development of rural areas in China has been highly valued.How to protect the environment and save energy while meeting the development needs of rural areas is very worthwhile to explore the issue of thinking,and this article will also propose a development direction for this issue.Firstly,through the understanding of the current development status of fabricated buildings at home and abroad,we sort out the development of foreign assembled buildings,provide reference value for the development of prefabricated buildings in China,and analyze the conditions for the development of fabricated farm buildings in China from various levels.this study provides a theoretical basis,and provide theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Then through the investigation of some rural and prefabricated construction industries in the severe cold region represented by Jilin Province,analyze and summarize the status of rural residential construction and prefabricated construction industry.Aiming at the latest information and materials obtained from the investigation,combing the design ideas of fabricated buildings in severe cold areas,put forward the design principles and design methods of fabricated farm buildings in severe cold areas,and explore the technical points of fabricated farm buildings in severe cold areas.Provide ideas and methods for specific practical cases in this article.Finally,taking the Shuangshan Village project of Donghu Town,Jiutai District,Changchun City,Jilin Province as an example,according to the design principles and design methods proposed in the previous chapters,the project design is carried out,and the prefabricated components are designed and disassembled from the perspective of fabricated architectural design.At the same time,it is calculated whether the assembly rate meets the evaluation standard of the prefabricated building,and the energy-saving design and calculation of the project are carried out with the energy-saving Swell software to verify the achievability and superiority of the prefabricated building.The application of prefabricated buildings in rural construction has many advantages,which not only requires designers to have sufficient understanding ofprefabricated buildings and local rural areas,but also has higher requirements for the service scope of the assembly industry,so it also needs related industries.The close cooperation to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in rural areas.
