The design and transformation of solar energy utilization in rural houses in severe cold areas has become an important part of solving winter heating.Adding sunlight outside the farmhouse can reduce the energy consumption of winter heating,but at the same time there are also disadvantages of excessive heat loss.The use of louvers combination with phase change heat storage materials on the inside of the structure can improve the above shortcomings and further reduce the heating consumption in winter.The technical cost is low and the economic benefit is high,PCM louvers have practical application value.The specific research contents are as follows:1.Taking a representative rural residence in Anda City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,the heating consumption during the coldest day,coldest month and heating period at different indoor design temperatures before and after adding a solar house to the rural residence was simulated by EnergyPlus.But the large-area glass envelope structure accounts for large amount of heat loss.After using the PCM louver,the indoor heat storage capacity was improved,and the winter heating energy consumption was further reduced.2.The application of PCM louvers used in solar house of rural residence in severe cold areas,including louver shell material,phase change temperature and latent heat of PCM;section shape,length,width and thickness of louver blade,the basic parameters such as the position and spacing of the louver when it is installed were optimized.These basic data can provide a reference for the design of engineering applications.3.The engineering application design scheme for rural houses in severe cold areas was proposed,which mainly improved the lighting and ventilation problems during PCM louver application and the heat exchange problem with indoors.The program mainly includes three parts: the air chamber at the top,the shading/reflector and the louver integrated module.The lighting and ventilation of the program was simulated by Designbuilder,the indoor heating energy consumption and energy-saving rate in winter under different design heating temperatures was further analyzed by EnergyPlus.4.The economic and environmental benefits of the program is comprehensive evaluated.The economic benefits were qualified using the dynamic life cycle cost calculation method.In terms of environmental benefits,carbon dioxide,nitrogen sulfides and dust emissions can be greatly reduced,carbon emission costs were saved.Finally,the actual engineering application of the scheme was further optimized,recommendations for promotion and usewere proposed.The research results of this paper can provide new design and development ideas for energy-saving renovation of existing rural houses in severe cold regions,and provide a certain application reference for China's building phase change technology.
