Study On The Evaluation Index Of Psychological Health Of Pilots

Pilots' psychological health factors affect the reliability of their behavior,research the method of health evaluation,improving understand pilot's mental health level,providing suggestions and measures for improving the level of pilots' psychological health,providing tool support for screening pilots who have poor psychological health level.We analyze the definitions and standards on mental health,on the basis of professional characteristics of pilots,extracy the mental health elements of pilots,including psychological processes,psychological tendencies and mental health features,establish the psychological health evaluation index of pilot.And it's based on that,prepare the scale of the pilot psychological health assessment according to scaling theory and method.Identify the more discriminating subjects through project analysis,verify the structure of the scale through factor analysis,verify the effectiveness of the evaluation scale through reliability analysis and validity analysis.Utilize fuzzy analysis method served as evaluation method of pilot psychological health according to the pilot psychological health characteristics,using the G1 method to determine index weight,comprehensive evaluation of pilot psychological health by calculating the index membership degree.Lastly,putting forward the strategies of the quality of the pilot psychological health from society,the civil aviation system,organization or individual based on the practice of pilot psychological health.Quantitative evaluation of pilot psychological health based on psychological health model and fuzzy analysis theory,developing a pilot mental health assessment scale,providing scientific and practical ways and means for pilot psychological health.Among them,prevent unsafe behavior by controlling pilot mental health is an exploratory study.its pertinence and effect research remains to be further perfected and tracking.In addition,as the aviation equipment and personnel equipped with replacement,pilot psychological health also need to constantly explore,supplement and perfect.The research will provide guidance and methods for human resource management of pilot psychological health.
