Research On Risk Management Of Solar Heating System In The X University

At present,China is facing a serious environmental problems and a threat of survival.A wide range of the policies has been introduced by the government to promote clean and renewable energy to replace conventional petrochemical energy.Policy driven brings the dramatic new energy enterprises growth and rapid technology replacement.China is the world’s largest solar thermal utilization area of the country,which is the main applications for the hot water system,accounting for more than 90%.Some projects from heating,refrigeration and industrial applications have been applied and gradually applied in the market.In recent years,the increase in China’s haze forces the national policy to promote the development of solar thermal heating applications.The proportion of solar heating applications accounts for an increase in the numbers and the advanced technology is controlled by few individual enterprises.At the same time,the surge behind the project risk is also accompanied by an increasing number of issues,which is closely related to the project’s risk management.It is imperative to strengthen the risk management of the project,which is of great significance to promote the development of solar heating and energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the basic theory and technology of risk management,the paper has taken a combination of theory and practice,literature review,field investigation and other major research methods carried out a specific study on solar hot water heating engineering.Starting from analyzing the background and value of the project,this paper puts forward the basic methods,ideas,framework contents and difficulties based on the review of project risk management research and literature on solar hot water heating research.The paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the solar water heating project and the other projects related to the project,the risk management objectives and the risk management problems.Followed by studying the risk of solar hot water heating project,the paper identifies the influencing risk factors of solar hot water heating project from the project team,project design,project cost,product quality,construction and acceptance respectively,and forms a list of solar hot water heating project risks.At the end,the corresponding risk prevention strategy is put forward for the above identified risk factors and the initial risk management plan of solar hot water heating project is formed.This plan has a certain reference value for enterprises to strengthen the risk management of the similar projects and can accelerate the rapid improvement of solar hot water heating technology to promote the global development of solar energy utilization.
