The permeable asphalt pavement has a large void ratio and has good water permeability.In terms of road performance,the main advantages are reducing road surface reflection,increasing road surface friction coefficient,absorbing noise,etc.,and the permeable asphalt pavement also has the disadvantages of poor durability and low mechanical properties such as bearing capacity.Rutting and flying scatter are the main diseases faced by permeable asphalt pavement.At present,more scholars have studied from the perspective of binders,and believe that higher viscosity asphalt can better bond minerals to ensure the strength of permeable asphalt pavement and thus reduce the occurrence of the disease.This paper starts with high-viscosity modified asphalt,using LT-TPS?AR-HVA and finished high-viscosity asphalt and their mixtures for experimental comparison and research,finally,a high-viscosity modified asphalt mixture suitable for practical engineering is preferred according to economic cost and road performance.In this paper,based on the basic properties of LT-TPS and AR.HVA high_viscosity modified asphalt under different dosages,the optimum blending of the high-viscosity asphalts are raised and compared with the test results of the finished high-viscosity asphalt.The research shows that the performance of the finished high-viseosity asphalt is equivalent to that of the high-viscosity asphalt with TPS content of 20%and HVA content of 14%.The reasonable dosage of TPS and HVA high viscosity agent is 16%-20%,12%-16%,respectively;under the same high adhesive dosage,the degree of aging of TPS modified asphalt is more obvious than that of HVA modified asphalt.The viscosity and the viscosity toughness of HVA modified asphalt is much larger than that of TPS modified asphalt.The temperature grade of the matrix asphalt is PG64-22;the PG grade of the high-viscosity asphalt with the TPS content of 18%and the HVA content of 14%and the finished high-viscosity asphalt is PG82-28.For TPS,HVA and finished high-viscosity asphalt mixture,this paper studies the mix design and road performance impact factors,based on the repeatability test analysis method,the Marshall test,the rutting test,the low temperature bending beam test,and the freeze-thaw split test were conducted.The results show that the grading of the three kinds of permeable asphalt pavement is 10?15mm:5?10mm:0?5mm:mineral powder=58%:30%:9%:3%;The best oil-stone ratio of finished?HVA?TPShigh-viscosity asphalt mixture is 4.9%?5.2%?5.0%?5.3%(16%HVA)?5.2%?5.3%(20%TPS)respectively;The comprehensive performance is sorted into finished high-viscosity asphalt mixture>TPS high-viscosity asphalt mixture>HVA high-viscosity asphalt mixture;Cement and fiber can improve the performance of the asphalt mixture,especially when the cement with 2%of the quality of the mineral is blended.Based on the grey relational theory analysis and cost analysis method,the comprehensive performance of the permeable asphalt mixture under different influence factors was studied.The rutting resistance of the selected high viscosity modified asphalt mixture under high temperature-rainwater coupling was studied by Hamburg rutting test.The test shows that temperature or water has a g:reat influence on the road performance of the permeable asphalt pavement;the combination of temperature and water can greatly reduce the durability of the permeable asphalt pavement.Especially in the summer when the temperature is high and the pavement structure is filled with water,the pavement is more susceptible to rutting.After the actual pavement is completed,the pavement should be regularly maintained to avoid road blockage;For the evaluation index of Hamburg rutting test in China,it can be combined with foreign standards.It is recommended to test at 60 OC and saturated water,and evaluate the rutting test of Hamburg with the maximum rut depth,spalling deformation inflection point and rutting deformation rate of rutting.The best combination method recommended is gradation 3,16%HVA high viscosity agent(direct injection method),oil-stone ratio is 5.2%,cement content is 2%,floe fiber content is 0.3%.The compressive springback modulus used to measure the bending tensile stress and calculate the deflection of the selected permeable asphalt mixture is 1023.81MPa and 756.74MPa,respectively,the dynamic modulus of uniaxial compression is 7683MPa and the split strength is 0.69MPa.In summary,this paper studies the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture with different high-viscosity of PAC-13 surface layer,which not only provides a certain technical reference for the construction of permeable asphalt pavement,but also promotes the development of green transportation,it has significant social and economic benefits.
