With the rapid development of electric power technology and the improvement of intelligent level of the power grid,the smart electricity meter gradually replaces the traditional electric energy meter and is widely used now.The grid operating environment presents increasingly complex characteristics.As a key part of the intelligent measurement system,the accuracy and reliability of smart electricity meter under complicated electric operating conditions affects the common interests of power companies and power users.Therefore,it has great practical significance to study and analyze the impact of complex electrical conditions on the operating state of smart electricity meter.First of all,this paper introduces the overview of complex electrical conditions,including typical dynamic load fluctuation characteristics and typical climate environment characteristics.And it introduces the dynamic measurement model of smart electricity meter and the domestic and foreign research status of operational status evaluation.Secondly,the definition and classification of complex electrical conditions are given,and the stochastic fluctuation characteristics of typical dynamic loads are analyzed.The model of dynamic load nonstationary random signals is established,and the run length fluctuation characteristics of typical dynamic load currents are revealed.Typical climate and environment characteristics in complex electrical conditions are analyzed.It is the theoretical foundation for the analysis of the impact of the smart electricity meter operating environment.Thirdly,based on the working mechanism of smart meter energy metering,a dynamic model of the energy metering part of the smart meter is established,which reveals the input and output of each unit of the smart electricity meter and the dynamic transmission and feedback between the units.The relationship has improved the research of dynamic measurement models of smart electricity meter.Then,based on the dynamic measurement model of smart electricity meter,the effects of three kinds of dynamic load typical run length fluctuation characteristics and the ambient temperature characteristics of typical climatic characteristics on the operation error of smart electricity meter are simulated and analyzed,and the experimental verification is carried out.Provide a basis for the influence of the electrical condition on the operating state of the smart electricity meter.Finally,aiming at the influence of complex electrical conditions on the operating state of smart electricity meter,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the impact level of various factors of complex electrical conditions,which is of guiding significance for further improving the evaluation system of smart electricity meter operating state.
