Abstract/Summary:
Smart meter is an important part of the smart grid,and its measurement results are directly related to the power grid security and whether the bilateral trade settlement is fair and reasonable,therefore,it is particularly important to judge the operating error state of smart meters.At present,the existing calibration mode has high working strength,long calibration cycle,and the management efficiency is low,which is difficult to meet the requirement of maintenance and replacement of smart meters.In order to ensure the accuracy of measurement and explore a highly efficient and accurate realtime online error estimation method for smart meters.From the perspective of analyzing large-scale measurement data collected by user-side smart meters,this paper proposes an online estimation method of operation error of smart meters based on measurement data analysis.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)The electricity information collection system and the objects it collects are analyzed.The characteristics of the measurement data of the operating state of the smart meter and its current key applications are summarized.Finally,the method to identify and repair abnormal operation data of smart meters and the method to cluster the measurement data of similar operation state are proposed.And high quality data source for remote estimation of operating error of smart meter are provided.(2)A theoretical model for online estimation of operating error of dedicated user smart meter is established.The limitation of single forgetting factor recursive least square algorithm in practical application is analyzed and a new estimation method based on double forgetting factor is proposed.Based on the characteristics of the actual electricity consumption data collected and the characteristics of the parameters needed to be estimated,dynamic double forgetting factor recursive least squares method is introduced which can not only make use of the real-time measured information to revise the estimated results repeatedly,but also adapt to the situation of different change speed in multi-parameter estimation.The proposed method has been demonstrated the effectiveness through the MATLAB simulation.(3)Based on the characteristics of the data collected from the typical residential distribution area,a theoretical model for the online estimation of the operating error of smart meters is established.The Extended Kalman Filter algorithm is used for dynamic estimation of distribution line loss rate,and the real-time dynamic estimation of the operating error of smart meter is carried out by using the limited memory recursive least square algorithm.The joint estimation model of distribution line loss rate and operating error of smart meter is established.It’s been verified from multiple perspectives that the joint estimation model has higher calculation accuracy.
