High Speed Railway Business Class Seat Appearance Design

With the rise of the industrial revolution in the west,the first train made by the steam engine was born.It followed human beings for nearly two centuries,when the speed of the train was only 5 to 6 kilometers.The speed of Japan’s Shinkansen,which opened in 1964,ushered in a new era of high-speed rail in the world.Shinkansen with its high-speed,comfort,environmental protection and other advantages by the government officials and the general public unanimously welcomed.High-speed railway not only brings people fast and convenient,but also greatly promotes a country’s economic development and military strategy.With the increasingly prominent problems of environment and energy,the increasing number of internal combustion engine trains and today’s family cars,the urgency of the problems brought by them makes the development of bullet trains inevitable.Subsequently,the developed countries represented by Japan,France and Germany took the lead in developing railway transportation.Although China’s investment and research on high-speed railway are relatively late,with the rapid growth of economic strength,high-speed railway has also achieved rapid development.The design of high-speed rail seats has a great impact on the comfort level of passengers,and then it will affect the mood of people riding and the rest of the car.Good seat design can effectively provide customers with comfortable fatigue relief function.In terms of current our country existing high-speed seat,most still copying foreign appearance modelling design,the design principles are in accordance with the European and American people’s body for the guidelines,not a good fit for the requirement of human body size in our country,this gives a person brings a series of uncomfortable symptoms,such as back pain only provide to the needs of ordinary people,at present China’s high-speed rail seat machine-made lack individual character characteristic.But China has a rich historical and cultural connotation,China’s high-speed rail seat improvement is imminent.In the preliminary research process,this paper mainly adopts likert scale,situational observation,user interview and other methods to investigate and evaluate passengers’ ride comfort,psychological factors and ancillary facilities.Find out the advantage and disadvantage of our country’s existing business class seat.From static ergonomics and dynamic ergonomics to find a more reasonable seat size;From the perspective of brand culture,the modeling semantics of high-speed rail seats are extracted.Introducing the consideration of space layout in the process of modeling design;Then we design a set of high-end business class seats which are in line with Chinese ergonomics and Chinese characteristics.
