With the further opening up and China entering WTO, Chinese commercial economy will continue developing fast in a long period. In recent years, practices of commercial environment design are increasing rapidly. Comparatively, theoretical studies in this field are poor, especially in aspect of culture. This thesis deeply studies the relations among consumers, commercial culture, brand culture, social culture and commercial environment. It advances theories about culture position and form of cultural expression in commercial environment design, and forecasts it's developing trend in the future. By analyzing and studying theories and practices in China and abroad, this thesis also put forwards countermeasures of commercial environment design in detail. I hope that the study may be theoretically helpful to practices in commercial environment design.
