The speed of China's urbanization has developed more and more rapidly since China entered the 21 st century.Along with the safety problems brought by convenient life,kitchen fires often occur due to gas leakage,man-made reasons,too high temperature of cooking oil,burning of oil dirt in the exhaust fume system,short circuit of electrical appliances,etc.,which not only cause personal injury or property loss to the families concerned,but also cause personal injury or property loss Causing harm to public space.If there is a system to alarm the fire in the kitchen,it can stop the loss in time before the fire gets bigger,so as to ensure the housing safety of the residents.Based on the urgent need of a convenient installation and alarm system,the remote kitchen security system based on STM32 came into being.Based on the project of "Design and Implementation of Remote Kitchen Safety System Based on STM32",this paper deeply analyses the application status and problems of kitchen real-time monitoring system at home and abroad,and develops a kitchen environment monitoring and automatic fire extinguishing system to meet the needs of kitchen safety early warning.The remote kitchen safety system with windows.After analyzing and investigating the users' needs,this paper has a general understanding of the functions of the remote kitchen safety system and determines the functions of the system.Then the architecture of remote kitchen security system is designed.The framework of the security system is based on browsers and servers,which can meet the different functions of the system and the related requirements of the system network.The system consists of the following five functions,which are the most important monitoring and alarming functions and automatic control functions of the system.Ability,basic information management function and system management function,each function is tightly connected through the background database.The development of Internet of Things technology provides powerful technical support for kitchen real-time environmental monitoring,which enables kitchen real-time environmental monitoring to be realized.Residents in residential areas can view the real-time environment of kitchen anytime and anywhere.At the same time,when confronted with fire and high temperature,the system will alarm in time and report to the public.Police messages are sent to property managers to avoid losses caused by the absence of households.Through the implementation of remote kitchen security system based on STM32,users can view the kitchen environment remotely and real-time through the system background.When the kitchen encounters fire,high temperature,gas leakage and other situations,the system will send out sound and light alarms,and real-time pop-up messages in the system background,so as to facilitate the timely arrival of community property.Residents' kitchens handle emergencies to ensure the safety of their homes.
