In the process of smart city development,urban water safety management as an important part of urban development is also in urgent need of further transformation towards modern management mode.Therefore,how to effectively and accurately manage the urban water safety has become an important issue to be studied.Aiming at the problems of incomplete data and isolated data in the traditional water safety management mode of inland cities in Northwest China,the technology and current situation of advanced urban water management mode are analyzed and summarized by consulting relevant technical data at home and abroad and combining on-site investigation in Lanzhou,and the frontier technologies such as Internet of Things and big data are emphatically studied.Based on the present situation of water management in inland cities of Northwest China and the functional requirements of the field and users in the actual investigation,this paper studies and designs a set of urban intelligence which is applied to the inland cities of Northwest China,which integrates data acquisition,data transmission,data processing,information display,remote monitoring and other functions,and monitors physical damage of urban water pipelines and water quality safety at the same time.The structure mode of Wisdom water affairs safety management monitoring system.The research and design of this architecture pattern has gone through the process of preliminary investigation,overall technical scheme formulation,hardware equipment selection,software system design and implementation.The design of this architecture adopts the idea of functional modularization,adopts the architecture mode of combining C/S with B/S structure,and designs four-tier architecture system,including basic data acquisition layer,signal transmission layer,system application layer and cloud platform access layer.The basic data acquisition layer mainly includes various hardware acquisition devices such as pipeline pressure sensor,liquid flowmeter,etc.The signal transmission layer realizes the real-time data transmission function mainly through the wireless networking mode which meets the practical application requirements.The system application layer acts as the main human-computer interaction interface,and carries out all the functional modules through C# software in the form of PC client.The cloud platform access layer is mainly used as the information display interface of mobile terminals such as handheld devices for real-time display of water safety information and related instructions.In order to improve the real-time and accuracy of system data transmission,combined with the specific geographical conditions of the city,this architecture uses GPRS combined with TCP/IP wireless networking architecture,GPRS router,RTU wireless transmission module as the hardware carrier,collects the data collected by the basic acquisition equipment and sends them to the upper computer server and cloud server for subsequent processing.In order to improve the accuracy of alarm information and the intuitiveness and operability of information display,this system uses the form of calling map combined with GIS geographic location information system to locate the longitude and latitude of pipelines and key monitoring nodes,so as to display the alarm position and other related alarm information accurately.
