The wearable lower limb rehabilitation device is a general term for the lower limb assist and rehabilitation wearable exoskeleton robot.In the field of rehabilitation,it can be used as a means of paraplegic patients or as a means of rehabilitation for stroke patients.With the continuous development of related technologies,wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment has helped more and more patients with lower limb dysfunction to resume walking function.Became a research hotspot,but there has been a lack of research on its design methods.This paper first introduces the research status of wearable equipment at home and abroad,the research status of lower limb rehabilitation equipment,and the design methodology.Through the literature research method,the development status,development dilemma and development trend of wearable equipment and lower limb rehabilitation equipment are summarized and studied,which lays the direction for the determination of the technical points of the wearable equipment and lower limb rehabilitation equipment and the design method.Theoretical basis.Then,the technical points of the wearable device and the lower limb rehabilitation equipment are analyzed and extracted separately,and the design method is reversed,and the design procedures and methods of the wearable device and the lower limb rehabilitation device are separately combed.Finally,based on the enterprise product development process,the design procedures and methods of the wearable device and the design procedures and methods of the lower limb rehabilitation equipment are integrated,and the design procedures and methods of the wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment are summarized under the support of the technical points of the two.The design procedure and method of wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment are summarized as the theoretical basis,and the design method of wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment is applied in the background of industrial design.Through the three-dimensional software Rhino,Solidworks,the conceptual design of the overall scheme of the wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment.The modular design approach enables the wearable lower limb rehabilitation device to be split into two modular devices for single joint rehabilitation training from a multi-joint lower limb rehabilitation device.The research results of this paper include the following two points:(1)By studying the design methods and integration of wearable devices and lower limb rehabilitation equipment,the design procedures and methods of wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment are summarized,and guiding principles for the design of wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment are provided.(2)Innovatively proposes to convert the multi-joint wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment into a single-joint wearable lower limb rehabilitation equipment through modular design and design accordingly,so that the product can be functionally converted and expanded by replacing the module.It saves design development and manufacturing costs and improves utilization.
