Research On Performance Evaluation Of BYD Company Based On EVA-BSC

With the deterioration of the environment and the shortage of energy,the issue of environmental protection and resource protection has become a constant concern of governments around the world.China’s "13th Five-Year Plan"(2016-2020)takes new energy vehicles as the development direction,innovates in the production and development of such vehicles,and pursues environmental protection and low-carbon travel to improve the ecological environment.From the national strategy to the development of the enterprise itself,the development level of the new energy automobile industry plays a decisive role,and it also reflects the comprehensive strength of the country’s industrialization Therefore,improving the performance evaluation system of the new energy automobile industry and the entire automobile industry can improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and enhance the internal management level,and contribute more social value to the society while promoting their own better development.In this paper,BYD company is used as a research sample,and the related literatures of EVA,BSC and EVA-BSC at home and abroad are sorted out,and the EVA-BSC performance evaluation system based on EVA-BSC related theory is built.Firstly,the existing performance evaluation system of BYD Company was analyzed and the conclusions that must be improved were obtained.Secondly,the necessity and feasibility of the EDA-BSC performance evaluation system of BYD Company were analyzed.Then the BYD company was analyzed.The development strategy is divided into five dimensions by BSC.Among them,EVA is the core of the financial dimension to construct the EVA-BSC performance evaluation system.Thirdly,the establishment of each dimension indicator and the weight distribution are determined,and the performance of BYD company is evaluated.Finally,it puts forward a guarantee proposal for the successful implementation of BYD’s EVA-BSC performance evaluation system and draw conclusions.This paper hopes to improve BYD’s performance evaluation system,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,enhance management level,and better realize the strategic goal of maximizing corporate value.At the same time,it is expected to expand the scope of application of the EVA-BSC performance evaluation system,provide reference for the promotion of the EVA-BSC performance evaluation system to other enterprises,and give some reference to the innovation of the performance evaluation system of the new energy automobile industry.
