In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the deepening of the market economy system,and the upgrading of competition among enterprises,it has become the only way for many enterprises to succeed to improve their management ability.In the business management activities,human resource management is in the strategic and core position.Whether an enterprise can effectively select and appoint the right talents,and give full play to the leverage of human resources for the operation and development of an enterprise determines the success or failure of an enterprise’s operation and management.In human resource management,performance management plays an important role.Building a scientific and efficient employee performance management system can help the operation and management of the enterprise,promote the achievement of the development strategy and the overall goal of the enterprise,and directly affect the overall efficiency level of the enterprise.However,due to various reasons,the current performance management situation of many domestic enterprises is not optimistic,there are still many problems in the performance management work to be solved,performance management does not play a good role.In this paper,the performance management system of GT company is taken as the research object.Through the design of questionnaire,the research is widely carried out in GT company.Based on the relevant theories,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in GT company’s employee performance management,and puts forward specific optimization suggestions,including : Optimize the setting of performance evaluation indicators,improve employees’ understanding of performance management;strengthen communication between managers and employees,strengthen performance consultation and guidance;strengthen organizational management,optimize performance evaluation procedures;establish effective performance feedback mechanism,make full use of evaluation results,etc.In order to further ensure the optimal implementation of performance management,the paper then puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the performance management system and the discussion of the optimization and improvement measures,this paper first hopes to help GT company fully understand the current situation of the operation and management,deeply explore the existing problems in the work,and lay the foundation for the future performance management work of GT company;Secondly,help GT company to form a culture atmosphere of benign competition,enhance team cohesion,promote the improvement of business management level and the realization of strategic objectives,and finally promote the improvement of core competitiveness of the enterprise.Finally,the research and discussion of employee performance management can also provide some reference for similar enterprise performance management optimization.
