| In recent years,with the rapid development and great changes of the domestic aviation industry,as part of the airport is also doing the corresponding change,to adapt to the development of the domestic civil aviation industry in the new period.In the process of development,some problems are gradually emerging,one among these problems is performance evaluation program.For the long term development of TX company,the performance evaluation program needs to keep pace with the development of the whole civil aviation industry and make great changes.This paper does some research on the performance evaluation program of TX company.There are a lot of problems exist in the current performance evaluation program of TX company,and there are two main among them,one is backward of the performance evaluation index system,and can not overall measure the evaluated objects.Another is briefness of performance evaluation method,and can not promote the healthy development of evaluated objects.Aiming at the two problems,this paper proposes a new performance evaluation program,in order to do some contribution to the development of TX company and its staff.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research on performance management,performance evaluation index construction,comprehensive evaluation theory and performance evaluation method,and gives the advantages and disadvantages of different performance evaluation method.This paper selects comprehensive evaluation theory as theoretical basis.(2)This paper selects performance evaluation program of TX company,as background.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the development of TX company and TX company.Secondly,it analyzes the current performance evaluation program of TX company,and summarizes some problems about the current performance evaluation program.Finally,it makes a thorough analysis of these problems and give suggestions to solve them.(3)Aiming at some problems existing in the current performance evaluation program of TX company,this paper gives a method to build the performance evaluation index system of TX company based on group consult thought.This method mainly uses the advantage of experts out TX company and staff in TX company to build the performance evaluation index system.(4)Aiming at the problem existing in the current performance evaluation method of TX company,combine with comprehensive evaluation theory,this paper proposes a new performance evaluation method base on function competency.This method firstly computes every evaluated object’s function competency from three aspects,and the computes the final performance evaluation results based on function competency.At last,this paper summarizes some points about the research of TX company,and gives some explanation about research contents. |
