Armored vehicles occupy an important position in the military field.With the development of modern electronic technology,armored vehicles are driven by traditional engines to drive mechanical transmissions and develop toward hybrid electric transmissions.The power grid is one of its important components.The independent power grid system inside the armored vehicle,including generators,transformers,batteries and other power devices,can transform,transmit,and store electrical energy to provide electrical energy for the propulsion system,weapon system,defense system,and information system of the armored vehicle.Therefore,the quality and stability of the power grid is an important guarantee for the normal operation of armored vehicles,and the measurement of power parameters of the power grid is an important basis for analyzing and judging the performance and status of the power grid.The output voltage and current range of the armored vehicle power grid are large.For example,when the electromagnetic gun is fired,it needs to provide thousands of amperes of transient current,and the working voltage of on-board electronic equipment is generally tens of volts or hundreds of volts,and some electronic instruments High requirements on the stability of the grid output.In addition,armored vehicles have their particularities in the real situation: there are shocks,vibrations,large temperature ranges,and complex electromagnetic interference.Based on the armored vehicle power grid and environmental characteristics,transient high current and high voltage test methods and dynamic voltage and current are designed.Compound multi-process monitoring method,and design test device.This article analyzes and explains the test system from three aspects: test method,hardware design and electromagnetic compatibility design.Finally,the function verificationis carried out through experiments.The test device consists of a power management circuit,a signal conditioning circuit,a sensor,a USB interface circuit,a control circuit,and a storage circuit.With the data processing software of the host computer,the power parameters of the power grid can be measured in real time,and analyzed and processed as an armored vehicle.Basis for analysis and judgment of power grid performance and status.
