Traditional contact measurement is difficult to meet the use requirements of severe working conditions such as high temperature and high rotation,so it is necessary to use a small close-range telemetry system for indirect measurement.In order to meet the real-time measurement requirements of key parameters such as temperature and strain in high-temperature and high-rotation environment of China's aviation and industrial engines,the purpose is to study a multi-channel large-capacity sensor acquisition storage and wireless charging and data transmission system that can work reliably in high-rotation,high-vibration and ultra-high temperature environments.The system should be able to solve the signal transmission and power supply problems of the sensory acquisition and storage system under high-temperature and high-rotation environment,as well as the problem of reliable packaging and connection.This subject aims at the two difficulties of power supply to the rotating parts telemetry system and telemetry data transmission.The research on the wireless induction power supply technology and wireless infrared data transmission technology is carried out.Due to the problems of the force-heat environment,signal transmission and power supply of the large-capacity sensory acquisition and storage system,an array-type roulette symmetric structure,axisymmetric light transmission and wireless power supply integrated microstructure were proposed.In the research of wireless induction power supply technology,Maxwell and Simplorer simulation software were used to conduct a joint simulation study on the Qi standard electromagnetic induction wireless charging system to achieve the preliminary prototype design verification.And the wireless induction power supply system design based onP9242-R(transmitter)and P9221-R(receiver)was carried out.In the research of infrared wireless data transmission technology,based on FPGA and infrared transmitter TFDU6102,4Mbps data transmission under 4PPM encoding is realized.In the study of the miniaturized multi-channel data acquisition system,the function test of the Max10 FPGA main control chip integrating FLASH and AD was carried out.
