In inductively coupled power transmission(ICPT),the emitter coil and the receiver coil form electromagnetic induction,and the electric energy is transmitted between the conducting coils through magnetic field coupling.The emitter coil and the receiver coil are designed as a separate structure,which can realize the wireless transmission of electric energy.Radio energy transmission plays an important role in portable electronic equipment,wireless charging of new energy electric vehicles and special environment.In this paper,the topology of inverter and rectifier is determined by analyzing the composition of inductive coupling power transmission system.Through the selection of core material and core structure of transformer,the design result of coupling transformer is given.According to the system function,the hardware circuit is developed,including full bridge inverter circuit,main control circuit,rectifier filter circuit,voltage and current acquisition circuit.In this paper,the related factors of power loss in inductive coupling power transmission system are studied.Based on the loss of coupling transformer,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of inductor compensation,based on the loss of power switch,a new type of Si C MOSFET power device is used as the switching device of inverter,based on the surge voltage generated by the switch in the high current and high power circuit,this paper puts forward the voltage peak of RCD buffer circuit,and finally completes the development of 1000 W experimental device of system output power,and the overall transmission of the system The efficiency is more than 90%.In this paper,the voltage stabilizing output control strategy of inductive coupling power transmission system is studied.According to changing the PWM frequency of the inverter control signal,the characteristics of the system output voltage can be changed to control the constant voltage output of the system.The automatic regulation of PWM frequency is realized by PID increment algorithm.Esp32 chip is selected as the main control chip for the control circuit at both ends of the emitter coil and the receiver coil.The wireless WiFi module is integrated in esp32,and the WiFi LAN is formed at both ends of the coil for data exchange.Finally,by collecting the load voltage of the system and using the feedback control method,the output voltage of the system remains stable when the load changes dynamically,with a voltage stabilization error of ± 1000 m V.The upper computer developed by the system is also connected to the WiFi local area network to detect the operation of the equipment in real time.
