Research On Village Revitalization Planning Based On Industry Orientation

The Party and the State have attached great importance to the "three rural issues" and issued a number of policy documents on rural construction,indicating the direction for village development.However,in fact,China owes vast territory and the rural development is different in different regions,most villages are faced with serious labor loss,single industry,farmland,agricultural houses idle more,living environment "dirty mess",and lack of common problems like local culture.Actually,most villages can't be based on their own resource and blindly copy successful cases from other villages.They pay attention to environmental remedi ation and material construction,lack of overall consideration of the village,ignore the village industry development and the actual demands of villagers,and they cannot be combined with the actual situation of the village to take the correct planning method.In order to solve these problems effectively,this paper takes the village planning of Dengzhou City as the resea rch object under the strategic background of rural revitalization,takes the village industry as the starting point,and studies the planning method of village revitalization in Dengzhou City,which is oriented in the industry.In this paper,the scientific research of industrial-oriented village revitalization planning is carried out by the literature summary method,the field investigation method,the coupling rel ationship evaluation method and the field case study method.Firstly,it summarizes the theory and case of rural planning at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the enlightenment of village planning related to village industry,secondly,we conducts a field survey in the village and the countryside,summarize the common problems of the present situation such as the lag of the development of the village industry,the mixed spatial pattern,the poor living environment and the lack of local culture,and it points out the choice of village industry orientation,determines the leading direction,establishes the village industry development id ea of operation mechanism,coordinate the village ecological,production,living space devel opment path,delineate the "three zones and three lines" of space optimization ideas,as well as including the ecological environment,production environment,living environment of environmental remediation ideas;Through the system evaluation and analysis of the two,the efficiency function,coupling degree and coupling coordination model are obtained,the comp rehensive level of village industry development and village planning implementation in Den gzhou City is low,but the coupling degree of the two is high,and the village planning in Dengzhou City should be industry-oriented.Next,we will compare the village revitalization plan with the traditional village planning,determine the key problems of village revitalization planning,point out that the main content of the village revitalization planning research,cons truct the industrial-oriented village revitalization planning framework,and finally,detail the industrial-oriented village revitalization planning method of Dengzhou,And we will apply to the village planning practice of Gengying village in Dengzhou City,which will be verified by examples.Based on the theory and practice of village planning,this paper provides new methods for village planning in the context of village revitalization,plays a guiding role in the village planning practice in Dengzhou City,and also provides reference for village planning in other are as.
