Study On Practical Village Planning Of Featured And Protected Villages Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the current period,the protection and development status of characteristic protected villages in China are mostly unable to meet the long-term development needs of villages,and there are difficulties in development and income generation.Practical village plan is an important basis for the implementation of rural revitalization and national spatial governance,and an important means to solve the current development dilemma of characteristic protected villages.With the rural revitalization strategy as the background,this paper took Nanzhuang Village,Jiexiu City,Shanxi Province as the research object,which aimed to promote the protection and future development of Nanzhuang Village,and explore new planning ideas of characteristic protected villages.1.This paper comprehensively analyzed the current situation and development problems of Nanzhuang village.The present development of Nan Zhuang Village was dissected by literature review and field research.It was concluded that Nanzhuang village has the advantages of prominent location,good development foundation and rich characteristic heritage.However,there are development problems such as the lack of integration of the three industries,the village appearance to be further improved,the lack of cultural characteristics and the lack of vitality of the village.2.The practical village plan idea of Nanzhuang Village were proposed in this paper.According to the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Nanzhuang Village,this paper put forward the practical plan ideas of Nanzhuang village.The practical village plan of Nanzhuang village should follow the plan principles of overall development,priority first,local conditions,outstanding characteristics,peopleoriented and villagers’ participation.The planning should focus on highlighting the village characteristics,strengthening industrial integration and paying attention to ecological intensive development.The plan content should include six parts: rural area plan,village plan,protection plan,style renovation plan,tourism plan and implementation arrangement.3.The practical village planning scheme of Nanzhuang were Compiled in the research.Village The practical village plan scheme of Nanzhuang Village was formulated by the constructed ideas.The paper put forward that Nanzhuang village should be guided by characteristic cultural tourism and leisure health,orientated by constructing eco-livable and tourism-friendly demonstration ancient villages.The development aim was to construct ancient villages with prominent characteristics,perfect facilities,convenient and harmonious appearance.Through practical village plan,the village construction and development of Nanzhuang Village will be standardized and guided,and the village plan will be implemented step by step and effectively implemented.This paper research could not only guide Nanzhuang Village to a comprehensive and dynamic development track,but also provide a reference for the plan of other pragmatic villages such as characteristic protection.Meanwhile,this paper would improve research and development in the field of rural construction and planning to a certain extent.
