Research On Rural Ecotourism Landscape Planning And Design From The Perspective Of Industry-Village Integration

With the gradual advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,industrial development has become an important cornerstone of the rural economy.As the core industry of the village,how to connect with other industries and how to develop coordinated development with rural landscape construction is a problem that rural areas must face today.The tourism industry,as a good medium linking primary,secondary and tertiary industries,undertakes the important task of rural sustainable development.Based on in-depth exploration of rural resources,the tourism industry combines the development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries with the construction of rural landscapes which enables it to achieve the goal of a healthy operation of the village.This article starts from the perspective of "industry-village integration",hoping that this article will put forward practical strategics for rural ecotourism landscape construction.This article summarizes the domestic and foreign "industry-village integration" concept and the related research on rural ecotourism landscape construction,summarizes the rural tourism motivation,rural tourism development strategy and operation mechanism proposed by relevant scholars at home and abroad,and defines the concepts of industry-village integration,rural eco-tourism,rural landscape,etc.On this basis,industrial integration theory,tourism destination life cycle theory,landscape aesthetics theory,landscape ecology theory,and sustainable development theory are used to provide theoretical support for planning and designing rural ecotourism landscape from the perspective of industry-village integration.Analyze classic cases at home and abroad,summarize their construction experience,mainly including their industry-leading resources and development characteristics,and conduct a vertical comparative analysis of related cases.Based on relevant theories,successful experience at home and abroad,and combined with the current situation of rural tourism construction in China,this paper summarizes the existing problems of rural tourism in China,including insufficient localization,serious problems of urbanization and commercialization,serious homogenization,etc.,which provides theoretical support for subsequent practice cases.On the basis of relevant theories,this paper takes the planning and construction of ecological tourism landscape in Xipu Village as an example to analyze its location,resource conditions,villagers and industry status quo.The questionnaire survey of villagers found that 72.32%of the villagers’ family income came from working outside,50.71%of the villagers believed that the small scale of production in the village was the reason hindering their family economic income.In addition,based on the Kano model,the advantages and disadvantages,development opportunities and challenges of Xipu Village in the essential attributes,expected attributes and charm attributes are analyzed.It is concluded that the village planning of Xipu Village should first make full use of the existing resources and conditions,develop leisure tourism and promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Secondly,infrastructure construction should be improved on the premise of ecological environmental protection,and interactive experience projects should be implanted.Finally,we will develop the characteristic tourism products of Xipu Village and form differentiated competition with surrounding villages and tourist resorts to improve the market share.On the basis of the preliminary analysis,this paper uses landscape architecture planning and design techniques to make corresponding planning and design on its industrial layout,ecological protection,eco-tourism landscape and other aspects,so as to create a rural eco-tourism area based on the green ecological industry model and the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,which integrates agricultural tourism industry,tourism industry,cultural tourism industry,business tourism industry and sports tourism industry.In order to play a reference role for the planning and construction of rural tourism in Shandong Province and even the whole country from the perspective of industry village integration.
