Study On Brown Land Landscape Planning And Design Based On Urban Double Repair

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,economic development has promoted the process of urbanization,with the subsequent expansion of cities,the upgrading of industrial structure,the abandonment of traditional industries,and the generation of large amounts of urban brownfields.On the one hand,the idleness of these sites not only hinders the image of the city and hinders the development of the city,but also contains a large number of pollutants that endanger human health and the ecological environment.But on the other hand,these urban brownfields have unique and distinctive spatial characteristics,which have witnessed the development of urban industrial history and culture,and have important era significance.The remaining brownfield environment is seriously polluted and the ecological environment is seriously damaged,which is not suitable for people’s needs for the living environment and the development of urban ecology.The brownfield problem needs to be resolved urgently.In 2015,China proposed the concept of urban renewal with Chinese characteristics,"urban double repair",planning the urban land stock,reducing land increment,and achieving "ecological restoration,urban repair".As the urban land stock,urban brown land has become one of the main goals of "urban double repair".Using the concept of "urban double repair" as a guide,carry out research on urban brownfield landscape regeneration design,promote site ecological restoration,meet people’s increasing demand for a better life,protect site culture,improve site service functions,and provide livable The living environment is the main purpose and significance of the study.The study mainly introduces a systematic overview of urban double repairs and urban brownfields through literature reading,and deeply analyzes the meaning,content and expansion concept of urban double repairs.From the perspective of urban double repairs,it combines domestic and foreign research status of brownfield landscape and Relevant theories of brownfield landscape regeneration,research theories and methods of brownfield landscape planning and design.Through field research and detailed analysis of classic cases at home and abroad,such as Zhangjiakou Industrial Culture Theme Park,Beijing 798 Art Center,Zhongshan Qijiang Park,North Duisburg Park and Torino Dora Park,Italy,the current brown The common problems in land landscape design,and then systematically summarize the techniques and principles of brownfield landscape planning and design.Taking the Jigang Industrial Theme Park as a practical case,and taking the "urban double repair" as a guide,the design techniques and theories summarized by field investigation and case analysis are applied to the landscape planning and design of the Jigang plant according to local conditions.On the basis of fully considering the site characteristics,cultural characteristics and ecological environment,respecting the original site and making full use of the site resources,we will create an urban public space that integrates ecology,viewing,play,culture and catering.Through the combination of theory and practical cases,we try to explore the design method of brownfield landscape regeneration suitable for China’s current situation,and provide useful reference and reference for the study of brownfield landscape planning and design.
