The Application And Research Of The Third Landscape Theory In The Project Of Brownfield Regeneration

With the rapid growth of population and the scarcity of land resources,people pay more attention to brownfield resources nowadays.Brownfield is not limited to the abandoned industrial,military or other production sites,the wasteland in countryside,the space where is difficult for people to arrive and use,and other spaces might be used but neglected,should belong to the category of brownfield.All the countries in the world have made great achievement and progress on the project of brownfield regeneration.However,with the development of society and the transformation of public awareness,as well as the complicated and various situations of brownfield,the reusing and redevelopment strategies are facing new problems.The essay puts forward new ideas for brownfield landscape reconstruction by combining the third landscape theories of Gilles Clement with regeneration and redesign of brownfield,as well as considering the new problems might happen in brownfield and the sustainable development of nature.Based on the comprehensive understanding of brownfield restoration and landscape regeneration theory,the essay summarizes the harm and use of the value of the brown land by using the research and case studies which base on the analysis of connotation and characteristics of Brownfield.Combined with case analysis,the paper summarizes the urgency and limitations of current brownfield landscape regeneration and redevelopment.Based on this,by taking advantage of the third landscape theory,the paper theoretically classifies the advantage of new brownfield regeneration.Through the combination and analysis of possible problems,and the use of other related disciplines and technological support,based on the theoretical basis of brown land landscape transformation,the paper proposes new methods and principles of brownfield regeneration and redesign.Finally,a unique methodology is developed in order to provide theoretical support for other related studies.The main logical structure in this paper is "background research-problem discovery-problem analysis-problem solving-summary and Prospect".
