In order to solve the problem of information island and improve the digitization level of the construction industry,it is necessary to integrate information technology and construction technology deeply and continuously update the application of intelligent technology.It is pointed out in the informatization development outline of construction industry that during the "13th five-year plan" period,the information level of the construction industry should be comprehensively improved,and efforts should be made to enhance the integration and application of information technologies such as BIM,cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,and mobile internet.Smart site is a new mode of integrated management in construction site,which makes full use of the integration of many information technologies to monitor objects in real time,so as to realize efficient and green management of construction site.Firstly,based on relevant concepts such as smart site and information technology,this paper conducts research on relevant domestic and foreign literature and policies,then a series of influencing factors of smart site construction were identified and summarized.Factors with frequency more than twice were selected as the initial factors,which were supplemented by field research and expert interviews of demonstration projects to scientifically determine 23 factors affecting the construction and promotion of smart site.Finally,factors are divided into internal(technical,economic,organizational,and cultural)and external(policy,environment).Questionnaires were distributed to the manager,technical personnel and industry experts in demonstration project and university,then Delphi method was used to obtain the final empirical data.Secondly,DEMATEL(decision making and test evaluation laboratory)was used to analyze the importance of factors,this method divided factors into four types according to the centredegree and cause degree,so as to quantified the influence and correlation of factors,the priority order of resource distribution and improvement is the core factor,driving factor,independent factor and influence factor.Later,ISM was added to further divide the analysis results of DEMATEL into a clear hierarchical structure,reflecting the mutual influence of factors.The results show that the core factors are closely related to other factors and have a great influence on other factors,so it is necessary to obtain management resources firstly to improve themselves.Among these factors,the formulation of regulations and technical standards is the most fundamental factor,and the concept and value cognition of leaders also have a profound impact,especially on other core factors that are relatively straightforward.The ability of technology and management is the most important factor,which indicates that it has the greatest and the widest range of influence.Other core factors include the enterprise technology innovation ability and strategic planning,related investment for information construction.Although the driving factors are the fundamental factors,they have relatively little correlation and influence on other factors,which mainly including government supervision and inspection,government incentives,pilot projects and project nature.Thus,it can be seen that the internal driving force generated by enterprises and projects is more important than the external driving force generated by the government and the environment.Independent factors are less affected by other factors,which require additional resource to improve them.These factors mainly include the level of network facilities,product maturity and participants' willingness to cooperate.Impact factors which were greatly influenced by other factors have direct impacts on the construction of smart site.Among such factors,data processing,analysis and application,knowledge management database are the most direct influence factors,followed by organizations and professional cooperation,information platform and implementation processes,these factors can be summarized as data information sharing,management and application ability,coordination level and implementation plan adaptability.However,although these factors account for a large proportion,they can be improved through the promotion of other factors,so they are not regarded as important factors to obtain management resources in priority.This factor classification method can be used as an important reference for enterprises to manage resource allocation.Finally,reliable improvement suggestions were given aiming at improving factors with the highest weight among core factors,such as technician and manager ability,technical standardsand organizational structure.Advice was also given to the improvement of data analysis and application,platform construction and coordination level,which have a high correlation degree and directly impacts to the realization of the goal.The purpose is to promote the construction level of smart site and promote its smooth promotion.The research results can provide reference suggestions for the government and enterprises to make effective measures,so as to improve the government's policy making and management level,and assist the enterprises to make decision analysis,reduce operational risks.Ultimately,realizing the sustainable and healthy development of construction industry in China.
