| The trend of digital transformation in the construction industry has already begun and is increasingly recognized.Digital transformation is seen as the future trend in the construction industry,and its application will significantly improve the efficiency and quality of construction projects,as well as reduce costs and risks.Furthermore,with the application of emerging technologies such as Building Information Modeling(BIM)and the Internet of Things(Io T),digital transformation in the construction industry will be further accelerated and widely applied.Therefore,digital research has become an important topic in the construction industry.Based on the BIM+ Smart Construction Site platform,this paper explores the construction and application of a digital management system using the Lanzhou Gaoke Modern Medicine Logistics Park project as an example.First,the background and significance of the research are introduced,the research status at home and abroad is outlined,and the research content,methods,and technical routes are proposed.Then,the framework of the digital management system,the application of BIM technology and the "Smart Construction Site" platform in digital management,and the selection of related software and platforms are elaborated.Based on this,the application of BIM technology in model construction,optimization of construction plans,and optimization of construction processes in the Lanzhou Gaoke Modern Medicine Logistics Park project is specifically described,as well as the module construction and implementation of the "Smart Construction Site" platform in project management and resource utilization.Subsequently,based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(AHP-FCE)method,an evaluation index system for digital project management effectiveness is established,and management effectiveness evaluation is calculated.Finally,the digital management effectiveness score of the project is76.06,indicating a good performance in digital project management.This indicates that the digital application of BIM+Smart Construction Site platform in the Lanzhou Gaoke Modern Medicine Logistics Park project has achieved significant results.The proposed digital management system based on BIM+Smart Construction Site platform has effectively improved the construction quality and efficiency of the medicine logistics park project,as well as optimized the project management process.At the same time,the evaluation of digital management effectiveness based on AHP-FCE not only provides a scientific evaluation standard for digital management of this project but also provides reference for the evaluation of digital management effectiveness in other projects.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions for optimization and improvement are proposed,with the aim of further improving the effectiveness and level of digital management in the medicine logistics park project.Finally,the research content is summarized,and the future research is prospected.The continuous update and iteration of digital management technology require continuous follow-up and application,and the construction and implementation of digital management systems need to be more in-depth and perfect. |
