| Construction project quality is the fundamental foothold of architecture,and green building is a building type that pursues high quality.How to effectively manage construction quality in the process of green building construction is an important aspect to be considered in the development of green building.China has a late start in the field of green building.With the introduction of laws,regulations and codes related to green building,green building is on the fast track of development.Green building management,especially the management of construction quality,how to achieve the development of the new era of curve overtaking,will be the steady development of green building theoretical research direction.Based on the perspective of green building,this paper studies the construction quality management method.This paper takes the construction quality management method from the perspective of green building as the research direction.By consulting literature,this paper makes an in-depth study on the development status of green building at home and abroad,and then conducts research on green construction and green construction quality management,and establishes a set of quality management evaluation system.Then the grey management analysis method is used to analyze the influence of various factors on the construction quality methods and characteristics of green building construction.The L commercial complex projects in J city under construction for the engineering example,the building of green building construction quality management evaluation system for the application on the analysis of the control points of the quality management system and the implementation of the statistics,through the grey correlation analysis on the influencing factors of construction quality are studied,the preliminary verified the practical and rationality of the system,for the green building perspective construction quality management provides a certain theoretical guiding significance. |
