The Application Research Of Green Technology Of Grand Commercial Complex

Under the background of global environmental and resources crisis,the commercial complex shows a vigorous development trend.In the face of the pressure on resources and the environment,the construction of large projects fully reflects typical complex features in space,time,economy,social and other dimensions.However,the severe cold weather conditions in cold region,the rich variety of functional requirements and high standards of the environment have produced a strong contradiction.Based on the basic idea of sustainable development,this paper summarized the practical experience of the commercial complex of Grand Shopping Mall commercial complex project(hereinafter: Grand commercial complex)by using literature analysis,case studies and multi discipline crossing method to research on the application of green technology in the large commercial complex in cold region.First of all,the paper put forward four principles of green technologies: full life cycle,natural condition,functional requirement,resource saving and comprehensive utilization.The core issues of the project were defined: the core contradiction of the cold climate condition and functional diversity.The "indoor non heating pedestrian street"(hereinafter: indoor Street)as the core of the technology was to meet the needs of fitness and diversity.Around this technology core,according to the basic connotation of green building,using the basic framework of the green building index system,it determined the overall technological concept of of Grand commercial complex.Then,based on the framework of the green indicator system,the selection and application of the green technology were summarized.The whole technology system took the indoor street as the representative to launch a more comprehensive technology application.In the six index,land saving,energy saving and indoor environment were the three more important ones,followed by water saving,material saving and operation management.Many of the techniques have been applied to a good effect.Most of the technology has a clear and accurate digital statistics.Application effect of a small number of technologies was general,and some techniques need to be observed and evaluated.Finally,based on the application and integration of the diversity green technology,several of the technologies,such as the wind and rain shed of the indoor street,Low-E double hollow three layer toughened glass curtain wall,the photovoltaic power generation,Intelligent technology and etc.were analyzed.In the respects of scheme comparison,technical details,equipment selection and so on,the experience gained from the aspects of resources and energy to local conditions,optimal allocation,efficient use,durability and adaptability,design and management,materials and products,renewable energy use,etc.of these technologies were discussed.Based on the four principles,the "indoor street" was taken as the core of the technology to meet the needs of fitness and diversity by application of a number of green technologies.The design idea of "Mall Shopping" in the commercial complex was realized in the cold weather.It is hoped that the research can explore the combination of theory and practice of green building,or can be useful for reference in the design and practice of the commercial complex in the cold regions in the future.
