Distribution network is an essential part of the whole power link,and its planning and design is the basis for ensuring the good operation of the distribution link,connecting the generation,transmission and power transmission links,and even the complete and stable operation of the whole power system.Therefore,how to plan the distribution network so that it can meet the existing operation requirements and standards,improve the reliability of power supply,and reduce the planning and construction costs as much as possible is the main research direction of future distribution network planning and design.hn recent years,due to the relative maturity of primary equipment and the continuous improvement of the accuracy and controllability of secondary equipment,distribution network planning began to develop in a new direction,and gradually put forward the idea of primary and seeondary eollaborative planning of distribution network.This topic has carried on a series of research around the distribution network planning and design scheme.First of all,the development status and background of the distribution network are analyzed,and various distribution network planning methods and ideas are preliminarily studied.Under the future demand background of smart grid,the traditional distribution network is gradually developed into the parameter index of active distribution network and intelligent distribution network.Secondly,based on the parameters of future distribution network planning,from the perspective of power supply reliability,combined with the basic principle of load balance mechanism,the primary and secondary collaborative planning of distribution network is studied and designed,and the appropriate "two remote" or "three remote" secondary equipment is selected to analyze the measurable parameters of distribution lines.Finally,according to the actual project case area of a city in Anhui Province,based on the mechanism of load balance,the primary and secondary collaborative planning and traditional planning are applied,Planning and designing the regional distribution network of the actual project case respectively,and through the”peak shifting and valley filling" effect curve,ealculation of line capacity release rate,positive and negative index analysis method,project construction capital investment,etc.to compare the optimization effect of the former,analyze and study the advantages of the primary and secondary collaborative planning scheme.
