As the output power of clustered wind generation has the characteristics of fluctuation and anti-peak shaving,its interconnection brings severe regulation burden to the power grid,which restricts the capacity of the power grid to accept wind power.Energy storage system has the characteristics of fast response and energy transfer,which can effectively reduces the wind power fluctuation and improve the ability of power grid to accept wind power.Because a single energy storage system cannot meet all the regulatory requirements of the power system when large-scale wind power is connected to the grid,therefore,to explore the kinds of energy storage coordination operation strategy and optimize configuration is the focus of current research.Firstly,this paper analyzes the variation trend of output power of wind farms of different scales,and then reveals its clustering effect.Based on the characteristic index of wind power fluctuation,the variation trend of output power fluctuation of wind farm group under different installed scale is analyzed.At the same time,the correlation analysis of wind limiting characteristics is carried out based on the feasible area of wind power acceptance.Second,to improve the grid-connected scale of wind power when the power of wind power cluster is sent to the grid,using low pass filtering algorithm to decouple wind group of output power,the control strategy of hybrid energy storage system based on high frequency component and low frequency component is proposed,the control strategy can calm wind power fluctuations make it meet the requirement of the grid,at the same time,fully absorb the wind abandoning power in the power grid,for optimal configuration of hybrid energy storage system capacity to improve research foundation.Finally,in order to get grid-connected wind power which can meet the requirements for incorporation into the grid and improving the capability of the power grid to accept wind power and can obtain considerable economic benefits.The hybrid energy storage system based on the proposed control strategy,the goal is to maximize the comprehensive income of "wind power-energy storage" system,considering comprehensively the wind power consumption benefit,environmental benefit,recovery benefit and energy storage investment cost brought by regulating the operation of hybrid energy storage system,the model for the capacity optimization configuration of the hybrid energy storage system participating in the power system to smooth the wind power fluctuations and improve the wind power consumption is constructed,and the economic benefits of the hybrid energy storage system participating in the system regulation under different capacity configurations are analyzed.It provides certain reference for the future large-scale promotion of energy storage and practical engineering construction.
