With the rapid development of science and technology,the progress of the times,and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,there are higher requirements for the quality of life and the comfort of living environment.Based on the heat supply network project of a thermal power enterprise in Northeast China,this project takes 2 × 350MW heat supply units as the heat source,and leads out two main lines of heat supply network(DN1200)in the East and West from the thermal power plant.It mainly solves the heating demand of Shenyang Shenfu new city area,Fushun Shenfu new city area,areas outside Shendong Second Ring Road and parts within Shendong Second Ring Road,including the existing and new winter heating demand.Firstly,this paper summarizes the load prediction,intelligent heating network,simulation analysis of heating system operation at home and abroad,analyzes the operation mechanism of central heating system,summarizes the regulation mechanism of domestic current operation conditions,and makes a simple analysis,and puts forward the solution of this paper on this basis.Then relying on the project example,using the Flowmaster software to build the central heating system from three aspects of heat source,heat station and heat user,and completing the system construction of seven heat stations in total.At the same time,using BP neural network algorithm to predict the heat load in each heat station area,the predicted results are compared with the actual data,which is operable.The predicted data is loaded into the Flowmaster software to achieve the real-time dynamic load of the thermal user end.At last,PSO algorithm is used to optimize the heat generated by the heat source,and the thermal load of each thermal station is taken as the constraint condition to realize the rolling optimization within 24 hours.Through the joint simulation of Simulink and Flowmaster software,the optimized value is converted into the opening of the electric control valve of the primary network Through joint simulation,it is proved that PSO has certain optimization control ability for the central heating system.
