According to the geometric characteristics of the mechanical disc-shaped parts such as the fan blade rotor of dry pump and the propeller of aircraft,a single side automatic static balance test system for disc-shaped parts is developed to detect the size and position of the unbalance of the mechanical disc-shaped parts.The system uses the torque sensor to detect the voltage signal of the unbalanced torque through the single degree of freedom and multiple position measurement of bearing unloading,which is transmitted to the upper computer by the signal processing and acquisition module.And then the upper computer software process and calculate the data acquired to display the test results of the unbalanced amount.Then,the automatic weight removal device will balance it.The main research contents of this project are as follows:1.Design a A new type of mechanical testing structure by studying the theoretical knowledge and testing principle of static balance and combining with electric control rotating device and electric control protection device.The 3D mapping software UG and 2D mapping software CAXA are used for modeling and design.2.Design the signal acquisition and processing module of the test system to realize signal pickup,lock-in amplification,filtering,and acquisition.The weak DC analog signal is converted into digital signal and transmitted to the upper computer for calculation.The driving control circuit of the electric control rotating device and the electric control protection device is designed to realize the control of the upper computer.3.And the size and position of the imbalance should be obtained and displayed by designing the upper computer software part,calculating and processing the digital signal.The functional interface needed in the system is designed to achieve the function of human-computer interaction.Design the weight removal scheme to realize the effect of automatic weight removal.4.Test and analyze the functions of each part,and improve the system through the analysis results,so that each part can meet the requirements of use.Finally,the test system achieves high stability,high precision and feasibility.According to the analysis of the final experimental results,the detection system has high accuracy and good stability.It can play a great role in the static balance detection of dry pump rotor and mechanical disc-shaped parts.
